Below you will find a summery of questions and answers about the collaboration, that you may ask yourself.
Immediately after the request, we will send you an Excel order list with stored conditions. You are welcome to renegotiate the conditions individually in the course of time.
The minimum order value for first-time orders from new customers is € 2,000.00. If necessary, however, smaller orders can also be arranged.
For the first order we only accept prepayment. For subsequent orders, an individual payment term can be agreed – usually 14 days (net).
Up to three samples can be requested by mail at office@silwy.de. Since we receive a lot of sample requests every day, we unfortunately have to invoice them with a discount of 50% on the RRP.
Please inform us about (customer) complaint immediately by mail at office@silwy.de. We are convinced that in case of a justified complaint, we will find a satisfactory solution for you (and the customer).
The shipping of our national and international B2B orders is done by DHL. Shipments on pallets are handled with our forwarding partners.
